Technical Support Policies

HORTICOPIA® Website

Presently our website provides updates, documents, demonstrations, FAQ, and problem solving. We are changing our Support site and below are some of the changes you will see:

  • For Professional users, there are new FAQ pages containing an index for easier retrieval and detailed problem solving items.
  • As of June 1, 2008 support for Version IV users is by email only (unless purchased within the previous 12 months)
  • On June 1, 2008 support and downloads for version 3 was discontinued.
  • As of July 1, 2006, support and downloads for HORTICOPIA Professional versions 1 and 2 were discontinued.

 

HORTICOPIA® E-mail Support

Professional Versions V and IV, and the Student Edition - a Support Request Form is available by clicking here. We encourage you to use this form, as it contains information we need to effectively help you solve your problem.

You can also contact us at support@horticopia.com.

A to Z, Expert Notes Pests and Diseases, and Expert Notes Pruning and Planting - free e-mail support is available for one year from the date of purchase at support@horticopia.com.

HORTICOPIA® Telephone Support

Professional Version V Users Only – except for holidays, telephone support is provided at 888-270-3751 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday – Thursday; 9am and 1pm - Friday, Eastern Time. Only with the current version can we readily duplicate problems and answer questions.

When calling for technical support, we will need your product number so we can quickly locate your records.
